There are six eligible law schools in Scotland offering the Post Graduate Diploma and from which students are drawn for the internal heats of the Client Counselling Competition.

These heats provide a Scottish winner and which was keenly fought by the Graduate Law Schools at Aberdeen University, Dundee, Edinburgh  and two Universities in Glasgow – Glasgow and Strathclyde.

The final was held at Strathclyde where the team from Edinburgh University won. The team was represented by Ellie Jones and Anna Lisowska and whose coach was Neil Anderson. 

​The final was judged over 2 rounds with six judges.  The competition format works well and the competition itself is now a  prestigious event and a permanent fixture in the Graduate Schools legal calendar.
