The 2026 Indian National rounds were organised at the Faculty of Law, Jagaran Lake University, Chopal, from 6th to 9th February 2026. Go here for competition rules and other information. The event brought together some of the finest law schools in the country and served as a prestigious platform for showcasing client consultation skills at the national level.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from 25 teams representing leading law schools across India. The competition was conducted in three rigorous stages: Preliminary Rounds, Semi-Final Rounds, and the Final Round. The rounds were adjudicated by a distinguished panel comprising senior advocates, partners of reputed law firms, members of the judiciary, and eminent academicians. After intense and closely contested rounds, teams from Hidayatullah National Law University and Symbiosis Law School advanced to the Final Round. Ms. Samudyatha Kusha Kumara Basavapatna and Mr. Advaidh Sunil Nambiar, representing Symbiosis Law School, emerged as the Winners of the National Rounds for India, BMICCC 2026.
